【Joint Event of Multiple Companies: Held from April 4 (Tuesday) to April 6 (Thursday), 2023】Three days to hold hope for the future and stand proudly.
What is required of new employees is not abundant knowledge or high abilities, but rather to first make a sincere effort, refine their goals, and cultivate pride. Sail believes that this pride will become the driving force for further efforts. PRIDE CAMP is a 2-night, 3-day training program designed to polish pride and help new employees become business professionals. Through team-based curricula such as a 25km walk rally and a debate competition, participants will have the opportunity to experience business practices. Additionally, since it is held in collaboration with multiple companies, participants can broaden their perspectives and gain more insights through communication with others from different industries and job types. 【Implementation Overview】 - Dates: April 4 (Tuesday) to April 6 (Thursday), 2023 - Location: Kanagawa Prefecture * Planned to use either a private training facility or a public training facility - Target Audience: New employees joining in 2023 * Number of participants per company: 1 to 9 people per company * If there are 10 or more participants, we recommend holding a standalone event for one company. basic information
【Training Content】 The main message is "Do your best," and new employees will learn the "five basic actions" and "five basic ways of thinking" that are necessary for them. To acquire these skills, they will engage in various programs and repeatedly go through a learning cycle of "making earnest efforts, receiving evaluations from others, and reflecting," all within the framework of "intense inter-team competition, strict rules, and thorough discussions," thereby fostering a correct sense of pride (not arrogance, but one accompanied by the humility to accept others). 〈Main Content〉 ■Professional Debate: Debating on the theme of what it means to be a professional - Participants will be divided into opposing positions to debate individually, receiving evaluations from other participants to determine the outcome. ■Pride Walk: Competing as teams to cover a route of approximately 25 km - The goal is for all team members to complete the walk in the shortest time possible while ensuring everyone's safety within the time limit. ■360-Degree Meeting: Genuine mutual feedback for each member - At the end of the day, team members will point out each other's strengths and areas for improvement, discussing ways to enhance performance.
