Solve it with a self-cleaning filter! Would you like to reduce the loss of frying oil and the black spots (burns) that adhere to products during the production of fried rice crackers?
The "Self-Cleaning Filter High-Temperature Model" manufactured by Russell Finex in the UK reduces the residue and burnt particles from frying oil produced in factories, maintains the freshness of cooking oil, and decreases waste. ● Manufacturing Process Flow Frying → Filtering frying oil → Reusing for frying ● Features - Supports temperatures up to 250°C - Eliminates the need for traditional paper cartridges or significantly reduces their use - No production stoppage! Low maintenance frequency! - Reduces product loss Since there is no need to replace filter bags or cartridges, continuous operation is possible without interrupting production. Major overseas food manufacturers have previously filtered frying oil using paper filters, but after introducing the "Self-Cleaning Filter High-Temperature Unit," they were able to significantly improve production efficiency!
