At Toyo Special Steel Co., Ltd., we were explaining our company through brochures and PowerPoint materials, but it was difficult to convey what kind of company we are in the short time available at joint information sessions, which led to challenges in our recruitment activities. After seeing examples from other companies and hearing voices from within the company suggesting that a video might be necessary, we decided to produce one.
