A spray nozzle that can be used without prior liquid mixing, depending on the working conditions, by mixing very efficiently at the jet tip.
The CNW type has two supply ports for liquid agents. For example, it can supply two different types of liquid agents separately to the nozzle and mix them very efficiently at the injection tip, allowing for operation without the need for pre-mixing multiple liquid agents depending on the working conditions. The CNW type does not use O-rings in its components, which allows for a wider range of compatible liquid agents and makes it suitable for operation in high-temperature environments. *For more details, please contact us or check the materials available for download in PDF format.*

Company information
Atomax Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells "external mixing vortex-type compact precision two-fluid nozzles," which are optimal for liquid atomization spraying. It efficiently breaks down and atomizes liquids into fine sprays using a unique high-speed swirling flow. The distribution of droplet diameters is also very good. The internal structure of the nozzle is very simple, and due to its large diameter, it can continuously spray stably without clogging. While it is common to achieve liquid atomization by discharging through fine holes, the Atomax nozzle is an original product born from a very unique idea.
