Increased the number of rollers compared to the existing VR type, achieving a high basic rated load! Long lifespan and high rigidity.
The "VRG" is a cross roller guide with a cage displacement prevention mechanism. Thanks to its unique rack and pinion mechanism, it prevents cage displacement and achieves stable operation. It has the same mounting dimensions as the existing VR type. Additionally, since there is no circulation of rolling elements, it allows for a light and smooth movement. 【Features】 ■ Prevents cage displacement with a unique rack and pinion mechanism ■ Achieves stable operation ■ Long lifespan and high rigidity ■ Increases the number of rollers compared to the existing VR type, achieving a high basic rated load ■ Like the existing VR type, it allows for a light and smooth movement due to the absence of rolling element circulation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us as we have offices in Tokyo, Tama, Kanagawa, Kumagaya, Tochigi, and Yamagata.
