We would like to introduce our company’s "press processing." "Drawing" is a processing method that forms metal sheets into various three-dimensional shapes such as cylinders, cones, rectangular tubes, and pyramids using molds. We have numerous achievements in forming high-strength materials and complex three-dimensional shapes. "Bending" allows for the formation of shapes ranging from linear to those with curves in three-dimensional shapes. Additionally, "shape correction" addresses changes in the shape of existing products (design changes) and precision issues that arise during the trial of mass production molds. 【Features】 ■ Drawing - We have extensive experience in forming deep shapes (deep drawing) and in working with high-strength materials such as ultra-high-tensile steel sheets, as well as complex three-dimensional shapes. ■ Bending - For linear bending processes, we use press brakes, and for bending processes involving three-dimensional shapes, we manufacture press molds, offering production methods tailored to quality and application. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
