Free distribution of the no-axis screw conveyor catalog and case studies for problem-solving!
It has a completely sealed structure, so there are no odors or spills, making it hygienic! It achieves cost reduction, environmental measures such as resolving adhesion clogging, and extending the lifespan of machinery!
The Tsubakimoto Bulk System's Shaftless Screw Conveyor, "Tsubaki PSC Power Screw," features a simple structure that enables stable transport and easy maintenance. It particularly excels in transporting materials with high adhesion or viscosity, as well as materials that tend to entangle. The spiral-shaped blades, with a thickness of 10 to 30 mm, slide and transport on a liner laid in the trough at low rotation, achieving long-distance transport with a single drive. It is capable of horizontal transport, gentle inclined transport (approximately 30° steep incline), and vertical transport, allowing for a variety of layout combinations. 【Problem-Solving Case Studies】 ■ Replacing existing conveyors to achieve environmental measures, labor reduction, and extended machine lifespan. ■ Replacing supply line inclined chutes to eliminate blockages caused by adhesion. ■ Cleaning up around wastewater treatment facilities within the factory. *You can view the catalog and problem-solving case studies via PDF download.
