To evaluate the mixing capability of the JEMS Static Mixer 2800, we conducted mixing tests in collaboration with Yamaguchi University, comparing it with Kenics-type and MSE-type static mixers. The Static Mixer 2800 was successfully confirmed to have equivalent mixing efficiency and pressure loss compared to the Kenics-type and MSE-type static mixers. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the insertion of a single plate inline, making it easier and simpler to install than other static mixers.

We are using sodium hypochlorite injection into well water at beverage factories and disinfection with sodium hypochlorite at water treatment plants. Since the static mixer does not require power, it eliminates the need for a mixing tank, contributing to energy savings in the factory.
