[Maintenance Work Example] Ditch Cleaning Operation

We would like to introduce a case where we received a cleaning request from a customer stating, "The U-shaped drainage on the premises has become difficult to pass due to increased water levels from recent heavy rain, and it is causing problems." We visited the site with our partner company and removed the covers of the drainage to investigate where leaves and other debris were causing the water levels to rise, and to confirm the extent of the cleaning work needed. On the day of the work, we removed all the covers and grates of the drainage within the designated area and removed the soil that was clogged in the gaps of the covers.
