At a major beer manufacturer, it became increasingly difficult to secure appropriate time frames for maintenance as annual beer production increased. Therefore, high-precision optical sensors from Hack were installed on the wort line. A 12-month test was conducted alongside diaphragm sensors for comparison, and the optical sensors demonstrated outstanding performance. The high-precision inline dissolved oxygen (DO) meter significantly reduced the frequency of service and maintenance.
