Continuous operation for 24 hours is possible at commonly used temperatures below 1350°C. Ideal for testing metal samples. Equipped with a temperature controller that can store 9 heating programs (5 segments per program). Dual surface heating maintains a high temperature rise rate and uniformity (±4%). Features easily replaceable silicon carbide heating elements. Standard gas release function. Double housing structure keeps the surface temperature low. Uses ceramic fiber classified as non-carcinogenic in the furnace body. Achieves precise temperature control (±1°C) through semiconductor-controlled rectifier (SCR) and program control. Low noise design. Standard overheating alarm function. Available for use in gas environments with an optional flow meter.
