It is a high-precision high-temperature electric furnace equipped with a ceramic fiber furnace and MoSi2 heating elements.
Continuous operation for 24 hours at a commonly used temperature below 1650°C is possible. Ideal for testing and sintering metal samples. Equipped with a temperature controller that can store 9 heating programs (5 segments per program). Dual surface heating maintains a high temperature rise rate and uniformity (±4%). Features easily replaceable MoSi2 heating elements. Standard gas release function included. The double housing structure keeps the surface temperature low. Uses ceramic fiber classified as non-carcinogenic. Achieves precise temperature control (±1°C) through semiconductor-controlled rectifier (SCR) and program control. Low noise design. Overheating alarm function included as standard. Usable in gas environments with an optional flow meter.
