Torque sensor built-in brushless driver "PGF Series"

The pass guard tightens, judges, and records. Operate the driver's forward/reverse rotation and rotation speed from the outside!

The "PGF Series" is a brushless driver with a built-in torque sensor that demonstrates high durability and consistently stable torque accuracy. It can be mounted on robots and is highly effective for automating and streamlining assembly lines. It can detect fastening failures such as insufficient torque, screw loosening, and cross-threading, which are difficult to judge by appearance. 【Features】 - Built-in torque sensor allows for pass/fail judgment (OK/NG) for each screw tightening. - Capable of detecting fastening failures such as insufficient torque, screw loosening, and cross-threading, which are hard to judge by appearance. - Can output screw fastening work data to PLCs or PCs. - Allows external control of the driver's forward/reverse rotation and rotation speed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
