Reduction of dresser frequency for grinding wheels: Fine bubble generation device for grinding processing.
Hyper Bubble Maker
Long-lasting whetstone! Easy installation by simply submerging the fine bubble generator and suction inlet into the tank! Fine bubble generation device for grinding processing: 'Hyper Bubble Maker'
We would like to introduce our "Microbubble Generation Device" for grinding processing. By adding "microbubbles" to the coolant used during processing, it improves surface roughness and reduces grinding wheel clogging. It also mitigates foul odors and enhances cleanability. After introducing it to our in-house grinding machines, we observed a reduction in grinding wheel clogging compared to before, and the number of dressing cycles decreased to 1/3 to 1/4. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Power supply: Three-phase 200V 50Hz/60Hz ■ Discharge rate: 36L/min at 50Hz, 47L/min at 60Hz ■ Power consumption: 100W (varies depending on power frequency and water level in the connected tank) ■ Weight ・Microbubble generation device: 12kg ・Control panel with timer function: 9kg *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Effects of Fine Bubbles** - They are negatively charged and have the property of adhering to dirt (grinding debris). - Fine bubbles attached to grinding debris separate the debris from the grinding wheel due to water flow. - The shock waves generated when fine bubbles burst help separate the grinding debris. - The cleaning ability, wettability, and cooling properties of the coolant liquid are improved. - Prevention of coolant decay and reduction of foul odors. - The lifespan of the coolant liquid is extended, leading to cost reduction and improved wastewater environment. - Cleaning of machine tools is enhanced, making it easier to separate dirt. - This contributes to reducing the burden on workers and improving the workplace environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
