■Three types of metal material bending tests can be conducted. Bending tests based on JIS Z 2248, including 180-degree bending, 180-degree close-bending, and V-block method, are possible. For test specimens with a thickness of 9.5mm or less, three tests can be conducted simultaneously. ■The distance between the test specimen supports is automatically adjusted. By inputting the thickness of the test specimen and the bending radius dimensions via the touch panel, the distance between the φ100 roller-type test specimen supports is automatically adjusted. ■Changing the bending punches is easy. Based on the specifications from the touch panel, a turntable containing a total of 26 types of bending punches, including R1.5, R22mm, and V-blocks, automatically selects and transports the punches. The removal and attachment can be done simply by sliding the transported punch, allowing for easy handling without lifting heavy punches.
