A unit for automating and remote-controlling personalized tasks, where 'adjustments are conveyed × sensations are felt'.
This is an operation unit that uses two Universal Robots to transmit tactile sensations. It allows for the easy extraction of human motion skills to automate robots. Using cutting-edge technology known as Real Haptics, the sensations of objects touched by Universal Robots and the force exerted by the operator are transmitted accurately to remote locations, enabling remote execution of delicate tasks that require a sense of touch. It is suitable for automating and remote controlling light tasks such as processing, cleaning, picking, and assembly, as well as hazardous work. <Usage Image Videos> - Polishing work using electric tools (grinder polishing) https://youtu.be/pOVvwM75iJE - Cleaning work (dust removal from surfaces) https://youtu.be/MJdAc-Rk8HU - Connector joining work https://youtu.be/Nyct5LjbEq8 - Food plating work https://youtu.be/7VPx-sSVwxE *Real Haptics is a control technology invented at Keio University that can accurately transmit human force and the tactile sensations of objects to remote locations.
