[Case Study of Mold Cooling Circuit Cleaning] 8-Cavity Injection Mold

We would like to introduce a case where we performed cleaning of the cooling circuit in an 8-cavity injection mold for a molding manufacturer in Tochigi Prefecture. During the leak check before cleaning, we discovered a water leak. The interior of the circuit was heavily coated with rust, which hindered the flow of cooling water and made it difficult for the mold to cool down. After 48 hours from the start of cleaning, we replaced the filter, and 108 hours later, we repaired the water leak. The rust stains that had adhered to the walls were completely removed.
