[Production Example] Die-Cast Product Transport Heat-Resistant Belt Conveyor

For high precision and high design products! Made with heat-resistant belts using aramid fibers.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "die-cast product heat-resistant belt conveyor." Die-cast products are typically around 400°C when removed from the die-casting machine, so stainless steel mesh belts are commonly used for transportation, taking heat resistance into consideration. However, in cases where there is concern about scratches on the products or for high-precision and high-design products, mesh belts may be avoided, and heat-resistant belts like the one used in this case may be employed. In this instance, we created a heat-resistant belt based on "SWM" using aramid fibers. [Case Overview] ■ Model Name: Special SWM-80-500 ■ Adopted a heat-resistant belt made from aramid fibers *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
