Our company develops, designs, and manufactures jigs, prototype equipment, and systems according to our customers' requests. We would like to introduce a case where our "frame jig" was implemented at Company A, a manufacturer of automotive parts. This company required the introduction of new jigs for the frame processing of parts for a newly launched vehicle model. In response, we implemented our frame jig. We welded small parts to ensure that the product could be set in the same position consistently, preventing any misalignment between the product and the jig. As a result, operators were able to work accurately and efficiently.
