This product is a module that encapsulates five essential components (inductor, two types of MOSFETs, bypass capacitor, and controller IC) needed for configuring a DC/DC switching regulator into a single package. The five components have been carefully selected to maximize performance and modularized with optimal patterning, allowing for easy power supply design up to 20A without the need for extensive component selection or layout design, even under stringent requirements. Additionally, there are three variations based on maximum current, and since they share the same package and pin configuration, it is easy to accommodate changes in maximum current specifications during the design process. This makes it suitable for designing power circuits for high-performance digital LSIs, which often have high design complexity.
