Continuous operation at commonly used temperatures below 1000℃! Effective use of internal space with quartz shelves.
The "OSK 93TI109" is a new electric furnace that eliminates the sample size limitations of tubular furnaces. The quartz chamber design (including the inside of the door) prevents contamination of the interior from dust and protects the heater from damage caused by corrosive gases generated during experiments, making post-experiment cleaning easy. With a complete and precise setup including a mass flow controller, back pressure valve, digital vacuum gauge, and vacuum pump, it enables fully controlled and accurate experiments. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for continuous operation at temperatures below 1000°C ■ Accommodates a wide range of sample sizes compared to tubular furnaces ■ Efficient use of interior space with quartz shelves ■ Supports curing, annealing, tempering, brazing, and sintering regardless of the presence of vacuum *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ Vacuum, vacuum state release, gas input, and gas output are configured with four individual ports. ■ Capable of creating multiple atmospheric environments (combustion in air, purging air and pulling vacuum, introducing inert gas and sintering). ■ With the optional mass flow controller, presetting of inert gas (98) is possible, allowing for more accurate, responsive, and stable gas management. ■ The optional back pressure valve maintains positive pressure within the chamber. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
