This is a product line of wireless Andon systems. The usage is simple. It is used when a worker needs to call a supervisor. By assigning colors to issues such as work delays or parts procurement, the worker communicates the matter to the supervisor. ● Red → Call supervisor ● Green → Collect finished products ● Yellow → Parts procurement and so on, can be set. The called supervisor rushes to the worker and clears the number by pressing the "clear" button on the transmitter. It is visually easy to understand, so even first-time workers can use it easily. ★ The "Andon transmitter" and "LCD portable transmitter/receiver" are used together to call the supervisor.
