We would like to introduce a case study of "microfabrication" conducted by Nakamura Machinery Co., Ltd. In this case, we achieved high precision and high efficiency in processing. The work was performed using an ultra-high precision high-speed microfabrication machine (hole Φ 0.08 × depth 0.5 mm). In our temperature-controlled room, we maintain a constant room temperature of less than ±0.5°C through sensors that measure temperature and humidity, along with system-managed air conditioning control, ensuring stable processing accuracy.
