This device is a dedicated far-infrared thermal bending transport system for side moldings. It can accommodate up to 16 fixtures for front left and right side moldings or rear left and right side moldings. The upper and lower furnaces are equipped with three vertical columns of four far-infrared heater plates arranged left, center, and right, allowing for temperature management in each column. Additionally, temperature sensors are installed in the upper and lower furnaces as a safety measure to detect abnormal temperature rises. The system allows for optimal condition management of the products through temperature setting of the far-infrared heater plates and adjustment of transport speed. The side access doors are designed with a double-layer structure, ensuring thermal insulation and safety considerations regarding the heating sensation of the exterior.
