The program settings for the cut shape of the grinding pad are very simple. By inputting numerical values such as the diameter and curvature of the grinding disc and selecting the desired processing shape, it enables the grinding pad processing of shapes that were difficult to achieve manually in the past. This system allows for the retrieval of previously saved processing data when re-cutting grinding pads of the same shape processed in the past, enabling setup preparation that does not depend on the operator. The main processing machine can be selected according to size, either as a laser processing machine or a cutting plotter. There are various differences in the processable materials, sizes, thicknesses, processing speeds, and possible processing shapes depending on the choice of the main processing machine, so we will propose from test cuts.
