In biopharmaceutical manufacturing, productivity, consistency, and safety of processes are emphasized, but it is said that ensuring stability in cell gene therapy is particularly challenging. Recombumin, due to its diverse physicochemical properties, improves cell survival rates after freeze preservation and suppresses aggregation of cells and vectors, thereby enhancing process productivity. Expectations for regenerative medicine using stem cells such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are rising, but for industrialization, there is a need for technology to produce high-quality cells in large quantities and in a stable manner.
