We are contracted to provide delivery agency services for a major department store, Company I. After receiving shipments from various vendors at a product center located near Company I's main store, we conduct several daily shuttle transports using 2-ton to 4-ton trucks to the main store's unloading area. On the return trips, we collect returned items from the sales floors of each floor and bring them back to the product center, handling logistics operations. Additionally, we have developed and implemented a system that allows us to track information such as when, by which staff member, and in which area the delivered products were stored. This system is available for use by each tenant and Company I.
