To customers considering ultra-wide equipment for roll-to-roll production lines.
We achieve stable dust removal even with wide-width webs of optical films (such as PET, TAC, PVA, PVC, PMMA) ranging from 2350mm to 3000mm. By using a carbon core, which is often a concern in wide-width lines, we realize low inertia, high rigidity, and lightweight design. We propose wide-width equipment that takes into account all aspects, including maintainability. <Converting Technology Areas> Coating technology (wet coating, dry coating [vacuum deposition, sputtering, etc.]) Laminating technology, adhesive processing technology, printing technology, finishing processes (slitting, cutting, die-cutting, bag-making), Surface decoration, surface treatment technology, coating liquid manufacturing and dispersion technology, film formation technology, web handling technology, and other related technologies. <Specialized Industries> Electrical and electronic fields, packaging (food and non-food), medical and pharmaceutical fields. <Specialized Products> Polarizers, release films, peelable films, copper foil.

Company information
In the converting industry, dust and particle issues are an eternal theme. The solution to this problem is the YanGo "Gapless Roll-to-Roll Transfer System." YanGo addresses various issues that have been problematic with adhesive tape rolls, such as "vibration during high-speed operation," "gaps between the adhesive tape roll and the clean roll," "gaps at the junction when combining two adhesive tape rolls for specifications over 1500mm in width," and "dust generation due to friction between the air shaft and the core of the adhesive tape roll." The clean rolls used can be selected from silicone-based or non-silicone-based options, and they possess dust removal capabilities that can eliminate fine dust particles below 1μ, while also accommodating ultra-thin films at the 10μ level. The web width can be supported from 255mm to 3000mm, and it can be used in narrow spaces or within vacuum chambers. We can custom-manufacture equipment based on the customer's applications and also propose new solutions to issues with existing equipment. Of course, for companies considering cleaning rolls for the first time, we offer advice and application consultations based on our years of experience, so please feel free to contact us.
