I am an old man named Fushi. In my younger days, I supported heavy vehicles and tracks from below the tracks with all my strength, but as I grew older, I became a nuisance by causing blockages and digging large holes beside the tracks. In the first year of FCR (1997), I was advised by JR to undergo a health check-up, and I requested an FCR technician to conduct it. First, they created a medical record (individual data) and organized my resident registration (ledger) (FCR primary survey). Next, they cleaned the pipes and examined the inside with a camera (FCR dredging and camera inspection). It turned out that there were cracks in the pipes, misalignments, blockages, and even some that were about to collapse. The next day, the FCR technician proposed the latest Anti-aging (FCR liner method) surgery. It was explained that they would create an FRP pipe on-site inside the existing pipe. There was no need for hospitalization, and it would only take 8 hours of surgery to restore my health. Two weeks later, I underwent that Anti-aging (FCR liner method) surgery, and now I am in perfect health. I am still actively supporting the safety and stable operation of trains from below the tracks.

Pull in FCR lining material into the submerged pipe, heat cure it, and create a pipe on the inside of the submerged structure.
