Broadband dielectric-coated right-angle prism mirrors are also available with similar performance, allowing for easy integration into laser systems. For deep ultraviolet (DUV) and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) applications, we offer precision UV mirrors. These mirrors are coated with an aluminum-based coating that minimizes the effects of polarization, achieving excellent reflectivity in the same ultraviolet range.
