It also has high precision and can contribute to cost reduction by minimizing post-processing. Additionally, our partner MIM manufacturer in China handles the production of pellets and can accommodate materials optimized to meet client requirements. We have also newly become capable of supplying aluminum and titanium alloys.

Mixing - Granulation - Injection Molding - Debinding - Sintering The creation of MIM raw material pellets made from metal powder and binder is done in-house at the contracted factory. Supply of pellet materials is also possible.
