We will introduce the method for preparing liposomes using Vesicle Prep Pro.
The electroformation method (vibrating hydrated lipid films in an alternating electric field) allows for the production of giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) with diameters ranging from 1 to 30 μm, free of organic solvents, with high yield and reproducibility.
