Utilizing cold water generated from locally sourced wood as fuel for air conditioning in student dormitories.
A case study of achieving air conditioning in student dormitories that reduces electricity consumption and CO2 emissions!
We would like to introduce a case study of decarbonization using wood biomass that our company has implemented. During the construction of a student dormitory, we proposed a wood pellet-fired absorption chiller that uses local timber as a heat source. This enabled us to achieve air conditioning for the student dormitory while reducing electricity consumption and CO2 emissions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Business Type: Student Dormitory ■ Model: 2 units of wood pellet-fired Bio Aloe Ace ■ Heat Input: 201 kW (wood pellets) ■ Cooling Application: Air conditioning within the student dormitory ■ Energy Saving Effect: 171,850 (kWh/year) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
