Does not contain silica, which causes silicosis! Can be used as disposable media.
"Steel Magic" is a product suitable for the removal of thick reinforced coatings and surface preparation from sturdy iron structures such as bridges, tanks (car washes), ships, and pipelines, where etching (surface preparation) is required to improve paint adhesion. It processes at about twice the speed of typical blast media while generating less dust, allowing for the rapid removal of stronger epoxy and urethane coatings. By adjusting the discharge pressure and abrasive size, etching treatment can also be performed. 【Features】 ■ Rapid removal of stronger epoxy and urethane coatings ■ Capable of etching treatment ■ Can be reused approximately five times at low pressure (35-80 psi) ■ Can be used as a disposable media at high pressure (100-120 psi) ■ Does not contain silica, which can cause pneumoconiosis *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company manufactures and sells resin-based abrasives primarily used in air blast processing within Japan. We have entered into a licensing agreement with US Technology Media Inc., which developed thermosetting resin abrasives for paint stripping on U.S. military aircraft, and we produce these materials in Japan under meticulous management based on that technology. We have strengths that allow us to respond to our customers' diverse needs. We conduct strict quality control and have received high praise from various sectors for our services, including deburring lead frames of discrete electronic components (such as diodes, LEDs, capacitors, and inductors) and paint stripping for aircraft. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
