By using air blast cleaning for depressions and grooves that cannot be completely cleaned with a brush, it is possible to efficiently clean them in a short time!
By using our Polyplus (urea resin), we can efficiently clean dirt and residues that cannot be removed by brushes stuck in grooves and recesses, without damaging the surface. If the workpiece is cast, it is possible to clean using either Polyplus (urea resin abrasive) or Type Three (melamine resin abrasive). We recommend selecting the abrasive based on the quality and surface condition you desire. Due to our unique production method, there is minimal variation between lots, allowing us to process any surface with the same quality. In particular, our long-time customers highly appreciate the "quality of the product that is evident upon use." We can provide samples, so please feel free to contact us if you have any interest.

Company information
Our company manufactures and sells resin-based abrasives primarily used in air blast processing within Japan. We have entered into a licensing agreement with US Technology Media Inc., which developed thermosetting resin abrasives for paint stripping on U.S. military aircraft, and we produce these materials in Japan under meticulous management based on that technology. We have strengths that allow us to respond to our customers' diverse needs. We conduct strict quality control and have received high praise from various sectors for our services, including deburring lead frames of discrete electronic components (such as diodes, LEDs, capacitors, and inductors) and paint stripping for aircraft. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
