Keep the thickness of the material as is! Extend the lifespan by up to 40%.
"Hardox 500 Tuf" is a wear-resistant steel plate that, when upgraded from Hardox 450, increases load capacity despite a reduction in material thickness, while achieving the same long service life as before. With improved hardness, yield strength is enhanced, resulting in better dent resistance. The cost efficiency of dump truck bodies, containers, mining trays, excavation buckets, and other equipment affected by wear is significantly improved. 【Features】 <Comparison with Hardox 450> ■ Wear life extended by 40% ■ Thinner and lighter ■ Improved dent resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
