It is equipped with a highly positively charged surface-modified nylon 6,6 membrane that captures submicron particulate matter far finer than the specified mechanical ratings with exceptional efficiency. This provides a proven capability to retain haze, colloids, and color bodies very effectively. Pyrogenic endotoxins, which are specific to medical applications, are effectively removed as documented in field use, industry publications, and experimental data. Excellent microbial retention is achieved, providing a stable and consistent flow. The BRHNY+ series is offered as a cost-effective alternative to hollow fiber cartridges for many high-purity applications. The cartridges are manufactured in a cleanroom environment and are washed with 18MΩ ultra-pure water to ensure cleanliness, low extractables, and rapid rinsing during use. They are resistant to repeated hot water disinfection and steam sterilization, achieving maximum service life. Each element is 100% integrity tested against global filter standards to ensure consistent and appropriate performance. Removal data is available down to an endotoxin detection limit of less than 0.005 EU/milliliter.
