The conductive wipes and micro-wipers for clean rooms are ESD static electricity prevention absorbent towels compatible with Class 100.
High-level conductive wipers woven from ultra-fine microfiber for clean rooms. In clean rooms, it is essential to use products specifically designed for clean rooms, rather than general rags that generate dust and particles. This is especially important in tasks involving electronic components and equipment, where ESD (electrostatic discharge) measures are also necessary. In such cases, clean conductive micro-wipes are used when strong absorbency and wiping performance are required. This product employs highly conductive ultra-fine fibers with excellent absorbency and wiping performance. Additionally, it is washed with pure water to remove any debris inside the fabric and is vacuum-packed. The fabric is cut using laser thermal cutting instead of blades, preventing fraying and dust generation from the cut edges. This means that even when dry wiping, static electricity generation is minimized, and it can effectively capture and remove debris without leaving any residue. It can be safely used in high-level clean rooms. This is a clean pack product compliant with Clean Class 100.
