Basically, we will communicate via email, but we also offer the option of responding through phone calls or remote meetings. After you apply, we will ask for more details and provide an estimate of the monthly costs based on that information. Price information
After your application, we will provide a customized estimate based on the information you provided. Depending on the expected difficulty and number of support cases, if the number of cases per month is around a few, the monthly fee would be approximately 30,000 to 50,000 yen. If you add options such as phone or remote meetings, please consider a monthly fee of around 50,000 to 80,000 yen.
