[Packaging Example] Custom Pallet for Large Measuring Equipment

We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for custom pallets for large measuring equipment. Due to the possibility of disposal overseas at the export destination and use in clean rooms, there was a request for a structure that minimizes the generation of dust from cross-sections by processing low-foaming material boards, while also reducing the use of metal screws and bolts as much as possible. For the frame, we used a low-foaming board material called "Durawood," which is a resin material that has been foamed to twice its volume, combining lightness and durability while also suppressing the generation of cutting debris. [Challenges] ■ The current product supply is being discontinued, so we want to substitute it with a specification that keeps initial costs low. ■ Since disposal will occur at the export destination, a disassemblable specification is desirable. ■ Considering use in clean rooms, the use of materials that may generate dust is to be avoided. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
