We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for custom pallets for large measuring equipment. Due to the possibility of disposal overseas at the export destination and use in clean rooms, there was a request for a structure that minimizes the generation of dust from cross-sections by processing low-foaming material boards, while also reducing the use of metal screws and bolts as much as possible. For the frame, we used a low-foaming board material called "Durawood," which is a resin material that has been foamed to twice its volume, combining lightness and durability while also suppressing the generation of cutting debris.
