[Processing Example] Aluminum High-Reflectivity Flat Mirror This is a production example of a flat mirror made of high-reflectivity aluminum (A5052). After machining, it underwent electrolytic composite polishing and dielectric film deposition. [Processing Example] Aluminum Box-Shaped Parts This is a manufacturing example of box-shaped parts made of aluminum (A5052). After machining, electrolytic polishing was applied to the inner and outer surfaces. By applying electrolytic polishing, the surface roughness is improved, and the dissolution effect of the electrolytic polishing also removes fine surface contaminants, resulting in a smooth and clean surface.
