The IC-5880#11 is a subunit of a simultaneous communication type transceiver for work communication made by Icom. It is a specific low-power transceiver. ● It allows hands-free simultaneous communication for multiple users. 1. Up to 9 parties can communicate simultaneously: 2 units of IC-MS5880 and 8 units of IC-5880. 2. Up to 5 parties can communicate simultaneously: 1 unit of IC-MS5880 and 4 units of IC-5880. ● Area expansion is possible. 1. By connecting the line compensator AG-5880 to the master unit IC-MS5880, you can extend the area up to 50m, and by connecting up to 3 AG-5880 units, you can achieve a total area expansion of over 150m, allowing simultaneous communication with the subunit IC-5880. 2. By connecting the RoIP gateway VE-PG4 to the master unit IC-MS5880 and connecting to an IP network, simultaneous communication with the subunit IC-5880 can be achieved between distant buildings. 3. By using the RoIP gateway VE-PG4 to connect to IP phones, you can perform group calls or simultaneous communication with the subunit IC-5880 from office telephones, reducing the effort for office communication and phone responses. ● With the included lithium-ion battery pack BP-304A, it can operate for approximately 15 hours. ● It is compatible with the conventional model IC-4880.
