A simple structure allows for a flexible layout. It enables three-dimensional high-speed transportation between processes, contributing to the construction of an efficient equipment line.
The cause of transport troubles mostly occurs during the transfer of workpieces. How many transfers were needed between processes with conventional transport methods? In FCS, we do not transfer until the destination is reached and the specified posture is discharged, thus eliminating the main cause of short stops. By performing three-dimensional transport with a single drive unit, we can eliminate mistakes in the handover of workpieces. 【System Benefits】 ■ Forced transport ■ Direct airborne transport ■ High-speed transport ■ Space-saving ■ No setup changes required 【Other System Benefits】 ■ Multi-point stop function ■ Capable of mounting multifunctional chucks ■ Easy installation ■ High quality, low price, short delivery time *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The FCS Flexible Carrier System performs linear transport, planar transport (2D transport), and three-dimensional transport in a single drive unit. It travels along a track connected by guide rails in horizontal, vertical, and curved configurations via wires, and the carrier equipped with a chuck can be fitted with mechanisms for changing the posture of workpieces, pickup mechanisms, etc., as needed. Since there is no need to change the grip of workpieces during transport, the need for numerous workpiece loading and unloading mechanisms and transfer devices in conventional transport systems is eliminated, resulting in significant cost reductions. Additionally, the absence of errors associated with grip changes brings substantial advantages to production efficiency and other factors.
