The "IBIX Twin Lance" is a thermal spray liner designed to apply a special grade of thermoplastic coating material to fire extinguisher cylinders that have been preheated using an electrostatic powder supply device. It features a robust steel structure with a continuous conveyor for transporting cylinders, and includes various processes such as loading, preheating, powder spraying, re-melting/post-heat treatment (optional), cooling, and unloading. Additionally, numerous process settings can be programmed via PLC.
