[Planning Ability] Training for those who are inexperienced to develop concepts for new business creation.

Even those who are inexperienced can use this framework to devise new business creation concepts and connect them to the components of the business model canvas.

In this training, in response to the ambiguous expectations for new business ventures, we propose a dialogue that utilizes the diversity of participants (e.g., managers and employees) to facilitate divergence and convergence, creating constructive interactions in the planning stage, such as setting targeted objectives. Additionally, based on training results conducted in large corporations, we will use five dialogue tools to abstract and structure participants' opinions from multiple perspectives, visualizing them to experience dialogue utilizing collective intelligence. Furthermore, the output of the concept framework, which is the business model, is visually clear and can be used as an approach to derive the key components of the business model canvas or as pre-work.
