Company information
When it comes to corporate training, Q's Full Group provides educational training and recruitment support utilizing subsidies as part of our human resource development business for companies. Against the backdrop of a declining birthrate and aging population, the decrease in the labor force is being highlighted, while the effective job openings-to-applicants ratio has surpassed its peak during the bubble economy, with 89% of Japanese companies feeling a hiring difficulty. It is easy to imagine further declines in the labor force and increased hiring challenges in the future. We believe that the situation regarding human resources has reached a phase where companies are addressing 'human resource (talent) development' through initiatives that enhance employee productivity and retention, thereby 'supplementing recruitment with education.' One of the methods to achieve this is through 'corporate training' (establishing an educational system utilizing external instructors). Q's Full aims to promote 'corporate training' to serve as a school for companies and working professionals, continuously supporting businesses and their employees, and contributing to 'human resource development.'
