Our company performs precision processing using diamond compacts that combine high hardness, wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and impact resistance. To manufacture products tailored to customer drawings and requirements, we select types and sizes (there are limitations on the size of sintered bodies) and bond them with other metals (base materials). We use "brazing" or "adhesive bonding" depending on the application of the product. During the polishing process after bonding, we pay attention to diamond chipping (such as chipping and cracking) and finish with high precision in microns (1/1000 mm).
