Recovering energy from various industrial processes that use heat! Heat recovery from industrial processes.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of ORC binary power generation in industrial processes. A heat exchanger was installed in the combustion circuit of a glass bottle production factory equipped with three kilns. As a result, sufficient thermal energy is obtained to operate the same number of ZE-150-LT type ORC modules, allowing a total of over 3 GW of electricity to be sent to the power grid annually. 【Applicable Industrial Processes】 ■ Kilns, furnaces: For steel, glass products, ceramics, and cement ■ Boilers, steam generators: For paper, pulp, and marine applications ■ Ovens, dryers, smoking machines, kilns: For the food industry ■ Incinerators: For the extraction of animal fats *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
