Why not turn difficult-to-process waste into a resource! Utilization in the agricultural biomass sector.
We would like to introduce a case study of ORC binary power generation in the agricultural biomass sector. The treatment of chicken manure compost (biomass made from chicken droppings, feathers, and food scraps) in the poultry industry has been a long-standing issue. By combining a specially designed stoker boiler equipped with special devices for efficient combustion and reduction of pollutant emissions with an appropriately sized ORC module, chicken manure compost can be monetized. [Case Overview] ■ System: Composed of a 1.1MWt boiler and a 150kWe ORC ■ Treated chicken manure compost: Over 3,400 tons annually ■ Generation: 1.2GWe annually *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
