Additionally, thanks to Plasteco's unique supercritical inert gas foaming technology, there are no residues like those from chemical foaming agents, and it is foamed and molded using methods that have a low global warming potential, making it an environmentally friendly product from raw materials to molding processes. The fine bubbles of PLA (bubble diameter 10-30μm) and the independent bubbles provide excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and antibacterial properties, while also preventing the occurrence of dust mites and other pests from the tatami base. It also has soundproofing properties, creating a comfortable living environment.
